INFINITE – Artificial Intelligence for Professional and Pedagogical Practices in Higher Education

INFINITE – artificial intelligence For professional and pedagogical practices in Higher Education aims to make the best use of AI for teaching, learning and assessment in Higher Education (HE).

The project aims to prepare:

  • Academics to use AI for innovative teaching and assessment, promoting students’ understanding of the interdisciplinary nature and implications this emerging technology has in various fields.
  • Students to leverage AI for their learning, through a complementary blended course designed for them.

    The project is based on four specific objectives:
  1. Raising awareness about the affordances and challenges of AI for professional and pedagogical practices in HE.
  2. Developing hands-on resources for HE academics to recognize and leverage AI for their professional and pedagogical practice.
  3. Building HE academics’ and students’ digital competences, readiness and resilience to effectively use AI.
  4. Promoting higher education institutions’ digital transformation through capacity-building and preparedness of the HE community.

PERSONA – Development of a Hybrid Human-AI Personalised Learning Path for VET for Innovation in Agriculture

The PERSONA project aims at supporting the development of measures and programmes needed to develop the human capital needed to improve productivity, adopt new processes and technologies, improve financial planning and business development capabilities, product innovation and research, deliver environmental efficiency and sustainability, marketing, and market development. At the producer level, the project aims at supporting the development of ongoing and lifelong education, training, and knowledge transfer programmes to ensure farmers have the tools and skills needed to develop their enterprises, maximise their profit, and utilise their resources in a productive but sustainable manner. This will require supporting farmers in integrating the latest technologies and processes in their day-to-day operations. Thus, the project focuses on harnessing the capabilities of educational institutions in developing the skills of the European agri-food sector.

List of concrete objectives:

  • To innovate the learning processes, products, and services offered by Agricultural TVET Education in order to build and support and inclusive and connected vocational education and training system, contributing to innovation.
  • To improve Agricultural TVET Education and mainstream innovation into institutional strategies, also through new digital technologies.
  • To enhance the ability of Agricultural TVET Education to provide transversal and technical skills for innovation.

To strengthen the relationships between Agricultural TVET Education and other AKIS actors at a European level.

“Get Political” Project Kicks Off in Porto to Empower Youth in Political Engagement

The Get Political – Igniting Youth Active Participation in Political and Electoral Processes through Political Literacy and Knowledge project officially launched with a Kick-off Meeting (KOM) held on March 27–28, 2025, in Porto. Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth programme, the initiative aims to strengthen political literacy and engagement among young people aged 15 to 30.

Hosted at Rua Costa Cabral 167, the meeting gathered project partners to define objectives, work packages, and coordination strategies. Key discussions focused on youth political literacy, educational interventions, and communication approaches to ensure broad outreach and long-term sustainability. The consortium also reviewed the initial findings of political literacy research and outlined the next steps and milestones.

Running from November 2024 to October 2026, the Get Political project is dedicated to building the capacity of youth workers and fostering stronger ties between young people and political institutions across Europe. The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for the upcoming phases, setting the foundation for meaningful youth political participation.
