CARDET Hosts National Event on Creating Safe Workplaces: Preventing and Addressing Sexual Harassment

On March 19th, CARDET successfully hosted the national event, “Creating Safe Workplaces: Preventing and Addressing Sexual Harassment,” as part of the European TEAMWORK2 project.

The event featured insightful presentations from experts across Cyprus and Europe, alongside impactful interventions from key stakeholders. Together, they explored the challenges and shared effective solutions to combat sexual harassment in the workplace. Topics covered included preventive strategies, zero-tolerance policies, training initiatives, and safe reporting mechanisms.

As the TEAMWORK2 project reaches its conclusion, CARDET remains committed to fostering safe, fair, and respectful work environments for all.
