The INCLUDE-CE project bridges the digital divide by enhancing the technological skills, readiness, and resilience of migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and ethnic minorities. This initiative aims to facilitate social and labour inclusion by adopting circular economy principles, specifically by repurposing second-hand digital devices for educational purposes. The project targets these vulnerable groups, focusing on improving their digital literacy and employability. Among its key outputs are the development of an e-learning platform and a series of training resources tailored to the needs of these communities. This endeavour is crucial for promoting equal opportunities and access to the digital world, thereby contributing to the reduction of social and economic disparities.
