EU Project Officer – Researcher (1 position)
CARDET is interested in hiring a Project Officer – Researcher who will be responsible for facilitating and executing the work required by the projects the Centre is running.
For this position, the Centre is looking for the employment of high caliber individuals who demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Fluency in English. An ability to communicate in Greek would be an advantage
- Dynamic personality with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take initiatives

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
- Conduct literature reviews and prepare reports
- Prepare research proposals, grant applications, and tenders
- Conduct fieldwork research (interviews, survey research, observations, focus groups)
- Prepare data collection instruments and collect and analyze data
- Facilitate the organization of workshops and dissemination activities
- Manage projects and offer administrative support for research projects
- Prepare and deliver project presentations
- Execute any other duty and responsibility assigned by the Management Team
Preferred Qualifications
- A Masters in any field. A PhD would be considered an asset
- At least 2 years’ experience with EU projects and in similar position
- Demonstrable knowledge in any of the following domains:
- Migration, social justice, and SDGs
- Education and learning technologies
- Innovation and entrepreneurship
- A proven track record of successful project implementation
Learning Designer – Trainer (1 position)
CARDET is interested in hiring a Learning Designer-Trainer who will be tasked with the design, development and facilitation of content for courses, curriculums and blended learning. The Centre is looking to employ a high caliber individual who demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Fluency in English. An ability to communicate in Greek would be an advantage
- Dynamic personality with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design courses for face-to-face, blended, and online delivery
- Conduct learner and content analysis
- Prepare flowcharts and storyboards
- Prepare paper prototypes
- Conduct try-outs and usability reviews
- Facilitate the organization of workshops, trainings and other events
- Deliver trainings in certain areas of expertise
- Conduct research and prepare reports
- Execute any other duty and responsibility assigned by the Management Team
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Technology related field.
- A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Educational Technology, Education, or a related area
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 or similar tool
- Have experience in a similar position
