The “Mediterranean Migration Network” program continues its operations and activities for 2018!
The International Research Centre CARDET, and the SME INNOVADE, coordinators of the Mediterranean Migration Network (MMN) are happy to announce that after a full active year of presence in the field of migration, integration and asylum, they continue the program activities and actions for the year 2018 – 2019.
The Mediterranean Migration Network (MMN) develops within the framework of “Integration Network” (CY/2018/AMIF/SO2.NO3.3.1/2), which is co-funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (90%) and the Republic of Cyprus (10%).
The aim of the network has been the promotion of collaboration and exchange of good practices among public and private stakeholders active in the fields of migration, integration and asylum. In addition, MMN’s specific objectives has been the support of the exchange of information among organizations active in the fields of migration, integration and diversity, the management and expansion of a database of resources on migration and integration, the establishment of professional capacity of the Network’s members through educational material and activities and finally the coordination of European and International organizations towards the establishment of a common sense and understanding.
The Mediterranean Migration Network will vigorously continue to work towards the professional development of its members through educational material, policy papers and activities. New members that wish to participate in the MMN and follow its activities and progresses, can register on its online platform here. The MMN provides, among others, opportunities for networking to its members for further collaboration, capacity building and exchange of good practices.
