The LIGHTHOUSE project’s aim is to support lifelong learning and career paths for migrants. That is why, during the past months, CARDET in cooperation with Migrant Information Centres (MIC) all over Cyprus, has been working closely with migrants in order to support, guide them, train and facilitate them in everyday issues they face.
Trainings were organized at the MIC where the participants had the opportunity to be trained on important matters such as job search techniques, preparation of a CV, techniques in an interview, mobility programs and other related subjects. Migrants have been giving feedback to us in order to improve the whole procedure. Feedback which has been gathered by migrants is very positive!
