Developing Strategies for Adult Education Providers: Training for professionals in Cyprus
On the October 13th and 15th, 2021, CARDET and Innovade LI, with the support of the MOECSY, hosted a two-part online training for adult education providers to develop adult education strategies targeting low-skilled and low-qualified adults
The training was offered free as part of the Erasmus+ project DIMA 2.0, with a number of professionals attending the sessions, gaining valuable insights, and providing valuable feedback on the project’s deliverables. Participants included educators and staff from some major adult education providing stakeholders in Cyprus, as well as adult trainers, and adult educators working with low-skilled/ low-qualified adult learners, and VET providers and trainers.
Participants had the opportunity to go through the DIMA 2.0 Training Modules and to navigate the DIMA 2.0 Online Learning Platform. The feedback provided by them showed their satisfaction with the quality of the content and easy navigation, while it gives the opportunity to the consortium to upgrade the platform where needed.
Active participation in the two sessions was highly encouraged and gave the opportunity to those who attended not only to learn from the facilitator, but also to share their tips and tools with the rest of the group.
You can access the resources of the DIMA 2.0 Curriculum and the full DIMA 2.0 self-paced Online Courses at the project’s website that follows. For more information, visit the project’s website at dima-project.eu.
