The Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French partners of the Europe for Citizens project, Civact which is led by CARDET, implemented a number of awareness activities for the discussion of the EU in their respective countries.
Participants in the events got the chance to discuss the essence of EU identity through the prism of the challenge of Migration and Refugees and the direct democratic ways of citizens’ participation to the collective decision making processes.
The project’s events were made possible by the invaluable work of volunteers from EUs volunteer facility, the EU Solidarity Corps.
A two day workshop and conference will be implemented in Cyprus during December and January.
