The DiSoCi Training Programme suggests an on-line assessment tool for evaluating the level of digital, social and civic competences of adult educators for better outreach of migrants, refugees and other diversified groups. DiSoCi encourages competence development of adult educators in Europe. The specific objectives are to: (1) encourage a continuing and a continuing and professional development of adult educators by producing innovative education training program for the development of their digital, social and civic competences; (2) increase motivation and reduce disparities in learning outcomes of migrants and refugees by suggesting digital e-Re-pository of Open Educational Resources for their competence development.
