The project aims to support migrants and refugees in their social and labour integrations efforts and to promote a better coexistence within their new host communities. Activities focus on the acquisition and development of relevant social and civic competences by migrants and refugees, on the development of methodological and intervention tools by professionals who work with migrants, and the exchange of good practices among partner organisations. The main deliverables of the project are an orientation and counselling handbook for migrants and refugees’ self-evaluation of competences, a training package for reinforcing migrants and refugees’ competences; and guidelines for planning and carrying out actions aimed at promoting their employability.
