We are thrilled to announce the release of the first newsletter from our Never Gets Old project. This groundbreaking initiative is dedicated to promoting intergenerational education focused on gender, sexuality, and diversity in later life. Our mission is to challenge ageist misconceptions, empower older adults, and enhance the support provided by healthcare professionals and educators.

In this first edition, readers can explore highlights from the project’s kick-off meeting in Göttingen, Germany, including key discussions on the project’s goals, the importance of inclusivity in elder care, and our future plans. The newsletter also offers insights into the formation of National Senior Strategic Consulting Groups (NSSCGs) and the development of new resources designed to foster intergenerational dialogue.

The Never Gets Old project is a collaboration among teams from Germany, Romania, France, Portugal, and Cyprus. Together, we are working to make elder care more inclusive and respectful.
