From 2-4 February, CARDET coordinated a dynamic Study Visit to Brussels under the EUPP5 project, bringing together representatives of Cypriot Civil Society Organisations for three intensive days of learning, dialogue, and networking at the heart of EU decision-making.
The visit included meetings and exchanges with European NGOs, EU institutions, and EU officials, offering participants first-hand insight into EU policy processes and advocacy pathways.
Participants engaged directly with EU policymakers, European CSOs, and institutional actors.
Beyond institutional learning, the study visit created real opportunities for collaboration, strengthened networks between Cypriot and European CSOs, and reinforced the role of civil society in shaping European policy debates.
A big thank you to all participating organisations for their active engagement, to Mr. Michalis Hadjipantelas MEP, and to our partners for their support. This visit marks another step towards a stronger, more connected, and more influential civil society at EU level.
