đź’™ Youth wellbeing is the foundation of a healthy and resilient future.
Within the framework of the European project EU Presidency Project 5 (EUPP5), implemented in Cyprus by CARDET, and under the auspices of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the “Capacity Building Workshops Series” is launched, starting with its first workshop dedicated to “Youth and Wellbeing”, a key topic for the healthy development and empowerment of young people.
The workshop will explore:
- mental health literacy
- stress and emotion management
- resilience building
- positive psychology practices
- creating safe and supportive environments for young people
